Error: Customers missing final disconnect date on a billing service
Issue
A final bill customer is missing the final disconnect date on a billing service that was disconnected with the final bill.
Explanation
A final bill customer should have a final disconnect date on each billing service that will not be billed after the final bill. In most cases, that means each billing service should have a disconnect date.
A billing service refers to the billing transaction that is created for a metered service. Each summary record for a metered service should have a billing service.
Solution
You can fix this issue by running Recalculate.
1. Run Recalculate.
2. Change the customer number to the customer number on the error report.
3. Click to select the Correct Invalid Final Disconnect Dates checkbox.
4. Click GO
(CTRL+G).
