Error: Customers with invalid final bill information
Issue
A final bill is recorded on a customer account, but the final bill includes a final bill date that falls outside of the period when the customer was active.
Explanation
The final bill date for a customer should occur after the most recent service connect date.
Solution
Check if the final bill date is correct in the customer record (Modify Existing Customers). You can also view the customer's final bill date in Customer Inquiry.
If you need to re-enter the final bill date, cancel the final bill (Customers > Cancel Final Bill) and then re-enter the the final bill (Customers > Enter Final Bills).
