Learn how to use the report writer and table lists to create custom reports. Most of the time you can find a master report that will give you the information that you need, but sometimes you may need something that isn't included in a master report. That's when it's time to set up a custom report. 

A custom report can 

  • Add extra information to a report. 

  • Remove unneeded information from a report. For example, when there's a column that you just don't want to print. 

  • Put the information in the order that you want it to be displayed in the report. 

 

In this webinar we will building the following custom reports

  • Final billed customer report

  • Credit balance for final billed customers
