How do I view past work orders for a location? (Connect Online)
Use the Location History section to look up the work order history for the work order location. It will show you what has been done in the past so you'll have a better idea of what needs to happen next.
The Work Order page was updated with a new look and feel in the 2023.11 release. The location history page was updated to show the work order number, department, status date, description, and status.
Work Orders - Location History
Remember, unlike service orders, maintenance orders may not be tied to an exact location. The location history will be displayed based on the location that's assigned to the maintenance order. If a different but similar location is used, the maintenance order may not be included in the location history list.
