How do I view service orders submitted online?

Use the Submitted tab on the Actions tab in Service Order Inquiry to view service orders that were submitted using Connect Online. You can see the information that was submitted online to create the service order. Services orders that were not submitted online will not be displayed.


Viewing service orders submitted online

1. Open Connect Utility Management > Service Order Inquiry.

2. Look up a service order. Press Enter.

3. Click the Actions tab.

4. Click the Submitted tab.

You can view the information that was submitted online to create the service order.
