How do I view service orders?
Use the Service Order tab in Customer Inquiry to view service orders by location. Or use Service Order Inquiry to view service orders by service order number, action, or location.
Viewing service orders in Customer Inquiry
1. Open Connect Utility Management > Customer Inquiry.
2. Look up a customer name or address. Press Enter.
3. Click to select the Location tab.
4. Click to select the Service Orders tab.
The tab displays the service order history for the location.
