How do I enter comments? (Service Orders)
To add a comment to service order, use the Completed Comment box on the Complete Service Orders view. You can type and view up to eight rows of text in the Completed Comment box. To lean more, watch a video (0m45s).

1. Open Connect Utility Management > Service Orders > Complete Service Orders.
2. Look up a service order and then, press Enter.
3. Use the Completed Comment box to add text.
