What is a GIS Interface?

The GIS Interface allows users to view the current record in a mapping program. Geographic Information System, or GIS, is a system that uses hardware and software to capture, manage, analyze, and display geographically referenced information. GIS can map where things are, quantities, densities, and so on.


How does it work?

Installing and setting up the GIS Interface will make the GIS button available on the main toolbar.

When you click the GIS button, the GIS Interface will launch the GIS program and send the GIS information for the specific property, or address, to the GIS application.
