Where can I see my active licenses?

View the workstations that are currently connected to the Connect console. In the event a workstation or a system crash occurs, use View Active Workstations to reset the workstation status to allow users to log on.

Note: Active consoles automatically update their status at scheduled time intervals, every two minutes.

 

View active workstations

Display a list of active workstations on Caselle Connect.

Do this...

1. Open Connect System Management > Security > View Active Workstations.

All of the workstations that are currently in use are displayed in the Licensee field.

 

Clear non-active workstations

Clearing all workstations will not log workstations 3/20/2019 16:33 the Caselle Console. Clearing all workstations will only clear the licenses being used temporarily. When the schedule time interval has elapsed, the workstations that have an active console will reappear in the grid. In the Tasks list:

Do this...

1. Open Connect System Management > Security > View Active Workstations.

2. Locate the Tasks list, in the lower right corner.

3. Click Clear Licenses in Use .

The non-active workstations have been cleared.

 

Update the active workstation grid

Refresh the information in the grid.

Do this...

1. Open Connect System Management > Security > View Active Workstations.

2. Click Refresh Licenses in Use .

The grid is updated.
