Error: Locations without an active customer
Issue
A location does not have an active customer.
Explanation
The location cannot be billed unless the location has an active customer.
Solution
Check if there's an active customer at the service address (Customers > Modify Existing Customers).

If the location is vacant, link the location to a vacant account [More] or set up a new customer at the location.

If the location is not vacant, make sure the customer has not been final billed. Use Modify Existing Customers to see if a date is recorded in the Final Bill box.
