Error: Active customer landlord does not match the landlord at the location
Issue
A location has an active customer account and it is missing a landlord or a different landlord is attached to the location than the landlord that should be attached to the location.
Explanation
When a landlord is set up, the landlord record is tied to a location and the location record is tied to a landlord. Running Checkout with the option to verify landlord customer accounts will check that the landlord on an active customer account matches the landlord that's assigned to the location.
Solution
You will need to find the correct landlord for the location. And then you will need to update the landlord that's tied to the location record or the landlord that's tied to the customer account. Contact customer service at (800) 228-9851 for assistance
