Error: Locations without an account for landlord

Issue

A location has a landlord but a customer account is not attached to the landlord. 


Explanation

If a customer account is not attached to the landlord, no billings will be created for the tenant. 


Solution

Contact customer service at (800) 228-9851 for assistance.
