Error: Missing unformatted locations

Issue

 A plot is missing a formatted location number. 


Explanation

Connect uses the formatted location number to look up plots, identify plots, and organize reports that report by location. An unformatted location may show the location in the wrong place on reports and in controls that display by location. Formatting location numbers will display, sort, and filter the location as expected. 


Solution

To fix this error, choose an option. 

  • If the location number is unformatted, run Recalculate. Select the checkbox to assign Missing Unformatted Locations, and then click GO to formatted the unformatted location number.

  • If the location number is missing, add a formatted location number to the location. (Modify Existing Plots)
