How do I check for unformatted locations?
Each plot should have a formatted location number. Connect uses the location number to look up plots. If the location number isn't formatted correctly, Connect may not be able to find the plot.
This is a system check that runs in the background every time Checkout runs. If an unformatted location number is found, the locations will print on the error report under the section titled System Information.
1. Open Connect Cemetery Management > Organization > Recalculate.
2. Click to select Assign Missing Unformatted Locations checkbox.
3. Click GO
(CTRL+G).
The location format mask from Organization is applied to the unformatted location numbers.
