Error: Missing database

Issue

I'm testing a scheduled task that I set up and I'm getting an error that says a database is missing. How do I fix it?

Explanation

If the database that corresponds with the selected task is not found, then the "Missing Database" error is displayed.

Solution

To fix this issue,

  • make a note of the database name (it's included in the error message).

  • click OK to exit the error.

  • load the missing database to restore it (System Tools > Load Databases).

If you need help, contact customer support or submit a support ticket for assistance.
