How do I add a task to my timesheet? (Connect Online)

You can add the tasks that you use to your timesheet and then assign the hours that you've worked to a task. You can assign hours to a task when you set it up or you can just add it to your timesheet to fill in later.

Adding a task/activity to my timesheet

1. Open My Dashboard.

2. Click the link titled View My Timesheet.

3. Click + Add New.

My Timesheet expands to show the Task/Activity section.

4. Enter the Task.

Use the drop-down list to select a task. If the task isn't available, you'll need to ask an application admin to add it for you.

 

5. Select the Activity.

Use the drop-down list to select an activity. Only the activities that have been assigned to the task will be displayed in the drop-down list.

 

6. Click Save.
