How do I look up my leave balance? (Connect Online)
You can look up your leave balance to see how much time you have to take off, also known as Paid Time Off (PTO), and how much leave time you have accrued.
Looking up my leave balance
3. Find the heading titled Leave Time and then click on the number under it.

Leave Time on My Timesheet page
The Leave Time page shows all of the leave pay codes that are assigned to you.

Employee Leave Time page
The table shows the balance for
-
Beginning balance: Leave hours at the beginning of the year.
-
Accrued balance: Leave hours earned during the year.
-
Used balance: Leave hours used during the year.
-
Remaining balance: Beginning + Accrued - Used = Remaining Balance

Expiring balance: Leave hours that will expire at the end of the year.
