How do I print an equipment register? (2023.08)

Review the transactions that record hours worked for equipment. The master report will show 

  • Equipment number

  • Description

  • Transaction date

  • Reference number

  • Hours

  • GL account

 

 

Printing the equipment register may be helpful when you need to share the equipment history for a job or project or you need to look up a reference number to edit the transaction.

The equipment registerwas updated in the 2023.08 release. 

 

Printing the equipment register 

1. Open Connect Timekeeping Equipment Equipment Register. 

2. Select Equipment Register - by Description [Caselle Master] as the report defintion. 

3. Enter the report date range. 

4. Click Print (CTRL+P).
