How do I require a password for Quick Time Clock?

Add another layer of security to Quick Time Clock by requiring an employee to enter their employee number and a password.


Requiring a password

1. Open Connect Timekeeping Organization Organization.

2. Click to select the Connect Online tab.

The checkbox titled Enable Quick Time Clock must be selected.

3. Use the Password drop-down list to select SSN (last 4 digits).

4. Click Save (CTRL+S).

The default setting for Connect Online will require an employee to enter their employee number followed by the last four-digits of their Social Security number.
