How do I change the default setting to copy notes to POs?
There's a checkbox on the Enter Requisitions view that will copy the notes saved on the requisition to the purchase order that will be created later. If you always select this checkbox, you can set up the view preferences to open the Enter Requisitions view with the Copy Notes to Purchase Orders checkbox selected.
Changing my preferences to copy notes to purchase order
1. Open Connect Accounts Payable > Enter Requisitions.
2. Click Options (F12).
3. Click to select the Copy Notes to Purchase Orders checkbox.
