Step 3b. Correct 1099 amounts (2024)



For each 1099 vendor, use the 1099 Reconciliation Report - All 1099 Vendors and the 1099 Reconciliation Report - All 1099 Invoices to answer the following question.


Are the vendor amounts correct?
  1. Yes, the vendor amounts are correct. Continue to the next step. [Step 4
  2. No, the vendor amounts are NOT correct. To enter the correct amount, adjust the 1099 balances. The invoice will not be included in the report if the invoice does not include a 1099 type and 1099 amount. To learn more, watch the Adjust 1099 Balances and Fix Vendor Information webinar. [MP4
