How do I track asset history?
Tracking asset history helps organizations maintain a complete record of changes and activity associated with an asset over its lifetime. Asset history can include acquisitions, transfers, adjustments, depreciation, maintenance, and disposals. Keeping this history supports audits, troubleshooting, financial reporting, and accountability by showing what happened to the asset and when.
Before you get started
Viewing history for tracked fields
Click the History button, located on the main toolbar, to show the history for fields that are being tracked.
