Is the asset insured?

If an asset is insured, it means the asset has coverage by contract whereby one party guarantees against loss under certain circumstances.

Is the asset insured?

  • Yes, the asset is insured. In the Carrier field, enter the name of the insurance company that is insuring the asset. Next, enter the policy number that is assigned to the insured asset. Finally, enter the cost of replacing the asset if the asset is damaged or destroyed.

  • No, the asset is not insured. Leave blank the Carrier, Policy Number, and Replacement Cost fields.
