Is the asset linked to a job?

This field is only available when the Project Accounting interface is turned on. You can use Project Accounting to track expenses for tasks that need to be completed.  A job number is assigned to an asset when the asset is related to a job that was set up in Project Accounting.

Is the asset assigned to a Project Accounting job?

  • Yes, this asset has a job number. Click on the Job Number field, then type in a number.

  • No, this asset does not have a job number. Leave blank the Job Number field.
