How do I modify notification activity?

If you need to change information that was included on a notification, you can use Modify Notification Activity to enter corrections. Notification Activity records a log that tracks the notification type and date. Use Modify Notification Activity to add or edit notification activity from a closed period.


Do you want to modify notification activity?

  • Add a new notification activity. Use Organization > Modify Notification Activity to look up the customer number or name. Then, click New (CTRL+N) to add a notification activity.

  • Edit an existing notification activity. Use Organization > Modify Notification Activity to look up the customer number or name. Select the notification activity to update from the transactions grid. Now, click Edit (CTRL+E). Use the form to make your changes.

  • Delete an existing notification activity. Use Organization > Modify Notification Activity to look up the customer number or name. Select the notification activity to delete from the transactions grid. Then, click Delete (CTRL+D).
