Meter activity includes actions to install, remove, or replace a meter. Use Modify Meter Activity to make changes to meter transactions that cannot be made using the routines in Connect Utility Management > Meters.
Warning! Contact Customer Service at (800) 243-8275 before you attempt to use Modify Data. The tools in Modify Data will modify or delete transactions. There is no undo for this routine.
Back up the Utility Management database. See the help topic titled How do I back up the database?
1. Open Connect Utility Management > Organization > Modify Data.
The Modify Data Menu window displays on the screen.

2. Click to select Modify Meter Activity.
3. Enter the customer number, service, and meter ID.
Note: The Service menu will exclude all service records that are a standard type.

4. Select an option.
What do you want to do?
I want to update
meter activity. Click Edit . Use the
Modify Existing Activity window to change what's in the meter activity
record. When you're done, click OK.

meter activity. Click Delete . Click Yes
when you are prompted to delete the selected meter activity.

All of the changes that you have made are saved immediately.
