Error: Meter activity with invalid dates

Issue

A meter activity transaction has an invalid date. 


Explanation

Meter activity with invalid dates can cause billing issues. An invalid date can occur when the period date and rotation period do not match the expected period date and rotation period. The meter activity date must fall in the expected period date and rotation period.   


Solution

1. Run Recalculate. 

2. Change the customer number to the customer number on the error report. 

3. Click to select the Correct Invalid Meter Activity Dates checkbox. 

4. Click GO (CTRL+G).
