How do I delete an email template?
Deleting an email template will remove the email template from the application and it will stop the application from sending email notifications that use it.
Deleting an email template
1. Open Connect Business Tax Collection > Organization > Organization.
2. Click to select the Email Templates tab.
3. Click to select the email template that you want to edit from the Type list.
4. Click Remove the Selected Template.
The email template is deleted.
