Error: Owners with duplicate addresses

Issue

There is a possible duplicate owner because they have the same address. 


Explanation

Checkout will search the Address 1 value. If the same address is associated with more than one owner, there's a chance the owner may be the same person and a duplicate record has been created. 


Solution

To fix this error, verify if the owner records belong to the same owner. 

  • If the owner records do belong to the same owner, merge the owner records by moving the plots to the owner record that you plan to keep, and then deleting the duplicate owner record. Remember, you can open a new tab for each owner so you can see the owner and plot information for both owners. (Modify Existing Owners)
