Error: Duplicate action codes

Issue

If the action code and service combination is used more than once the combination is flagged as a duplicate action code. 


Explanation

With the exception of other type action codes, the action code and service combination can only be used once. 


Solution

1. Open Organization > Action Codes.

2. Look up the duplicate action code with the service and delete it and then change the action code status to inactive. 

 

  • To delete the action code, look up the action code and then click the Delete (CTRL+D) button.

  • To change the action code status to inactive, remove the checkmark from the Allow New Meter Activity and Service Orders checkbox.
