Plots - Partial Date

You do not have to enter a complete date that includes the month, day, and year. You can use the partial date option to enter a date that includes only the month and year, month and day, and so on. Example: 03/20, 00/12/20, 03/12/00. 03/00/00

Do this...

1. Open Connect Cemetery Management > Plots > Setup New Plots or Modify Existing Plots.

2. At the end of any date box, click the dynamic  button.

3. Select Enter Partial Date.

4. Use the Date Details window to enter the known information.

If the month, day, or year is unknown, select 0 (zero).

5. Click OK.

The partial date is saved in the date box.
