A plot form is a document for recording and managing burial plots within a cemetery. It serves as an official record for cemetery administration and helps ensure property management of available burial space.
It typically includes
Plot number and owner. Identifies the specific section, row, and grave number.
Owner information. Name and contact details of the person who owns or has rights to the plot.
Deceased information. Name,date of birth, and date of death of the person buried there.
Interment details. Type of burial (for example, casket, cremation), burial date, and depth.
Purchase and payment records. Information about the sale, price, and payment status.
Maintenance notes. Any upkeep or restrictions related to the plot.

2. Select a report definition.
3. Set up the report options.
4. Click Print (CTRL+P).
Due date
Enter the due date to print on the form. The due date is the date when payment is owed. If the form does not include a due date, the date will not print on the form.
Mailing date
Enter the mailing date to print on the form. The mailing date is the date the form will be sent.
Forms
On the Forms tab, select the form definition to print. To set up a new form definition or update a form definition, use the Form menu to select Create a Form or Edit This Form to open the form definition in the Forms Designer.
