Available Plot Report

Print a list of plots that are for sale (unsold and not occupied) and sold (purchased). To review plots that are sold but not occupied, run the Plot Summary Report.


Printing Available Plot Report

1. Open Connect Cemetery Management > Reports > Available Plot Report.

2. Select a report definition.

3. Set up the report options.

  1. Include locations for sales
  2. Include sold locations

4. Set up the Selection Criteria, Report Order, Report Sections, and Columns.

5. Click Print (CTRL+P). 

The report prints.


Include locations for sales

Select the checkbox to include unsold plots that are still for sale. The report will show locations that have not been purchased by an owner. The owner name is blank.

 

Include sold locations

Select the checkbox to include plots that have been sold and are not for sale. The report shows locations that have been purchased by an owner. The owner name is assigned.
