Which owner is the available owner? (Organization)
An available owner is an owner record that is assigned to plots that do not have an owner. If you need to verify which owner is being used as the available owner, you can look up the available owner in the Organization table.
Setting up an available owner
Use Setup New Owner to add the owner that the organization will use as the available owner. To learn how, see How do I set up an available owner? (Owners)
Looking up the available owner
1. Open Connect Cemetery Management > Organization > Organization.
2. Use the Available Owner box on the Organization tab to find the owner who is currently assigned to plots that do not have an owner.
Looking up plots that are assigned to the available owner
You can use Inquiry or the Available Plot Report to look up plots that have not been assigned to an owner.
