Plot Summary Report

A plot, or a burial plot, is a piece of property that is purchased in a cemetery for the burial of an individual or family.

Use the Plot Summary Report to view plots by status:

  • Interred locations - purchased and occupied

  • Reserved locations - purchased but not occupied

  • Sold locations - purchased but not occupied

  • Available locations - not purchased

  • Total locations = Used + Reserved + Sold + Available


Do this...

1. Open Connect Cemetery Management > Reports > Plot Summary Report.

2. Select a report definition.

3. Set up the Selection Criteria, Report Order, Report Sections, and Columns.

4. Click GO (CTRL+G).

The report prints.
