Set up an action code to print a letter or form. Then, add the action code to a disposition. When you enter the disposition and then you run the Batch Letters/Forms report, cases that have the action code will be included in the cases that will print the letter or form that's listed on the action code.
Add the form layout for the letter or form to the Forms table (Organization > Forms). Remember to choose Letters/Forms as the Form Type.
1. Open Connect Court Management > Organization > Action Codes.
2. Click to select the Use in Batch Letters/Forms checkbox.
3. Next to the Letters/Forms box, click Select.
4. Use the Selection window to select a letter or form, and then click OK.
The Available Items list shows all of the forms that have been set up as the form type for Letters/Forms.
5. Click Save (CTRL+S).
The letter/form is saved with the action code. To print cases with the disposition, print the Follow-up List.
