How do I add a performance review?
A performance review saves the review date, review type, rating, reviewer's name, and next review date. If the performance review justifies a wage adjustment, there's a checkbox to record it however, it will not adjust the wage for you. You will need to update wage adjustment in the employee's record in Payroll.
Do this...
1. Open Connect Human Resources > Employees > Modify Existing Employees.
2. Use the field tiled Employee to enter an employee's name or number. Press Enter.
3. Click to select the Positions tab.
4. Click to select the Reviews subtab.
5. Click to select the button titled Add New Review.
Use the toolbar on the Reviews subtab and not the toolbar on the Positions tab.

The Add New Review form displays.
6. Use the Review menu to select the name of the performance review.

Self-validating fields: A self-validating field is a field that you can type in anything you wish to enter. You can tell which fields are self-validating because they have a light-blue background. Clicking the drop-down list will display the values that have been entered during previous sessions, or click on the field and type in a new entry. The next time you use the self-validating field, you can find the entry that you just added in the drop-down list.
The performance review displays on the Reviews subtab.
Date
Enter the review date.
Review
Enter the review name.
Rating
Enter the rate the employee received following the review. This field is an information-only field.
Reviewer
Enter the name of the user who is assigned to complete the review.
Next review date
Enter the date of the next review.
Adjust wage
Click to select the checkbox when the review justifies a wage adjustment. Do not select the checkbox if the wage remains the same.
8. Fill in the fields on the Review subtab.
The performance review is saved.
