When a reviewer completes a performance review, the reviewer can update the review with a performance rating. Human Resources records the performance rating but it does not use the performance rating to calculate a wage adjustment, leave level, and so on. It is an "information only" field.
Do this...
1. Open Connect Human Resources > Employees > Modify Existing Employees.
2. Use the field tiled Employee to enter an employee's name or number. Press Enter.
3. Click to select the Positions tab.
4. Click to select the position being reviewed.
5. Click to select the Reviews subtab.
6. Click to select the review to update with the next review date.
7. Click to select the field titled Rating.
8. Enter the employee's rating.
The date of the next performance review is scheduled.
