The reviewer is the individual who completed the performance review. You can assign the reviewer when you fill in the results from the performance review or you can assign the reviewer later.
Do this...
1. Open Connect Human Resources > Employees > Modify Existing Employees.
2. Use the field tiled Employee to enter an employee's name or number. Press Enter.
3. Click to select the Positions tab.
4. Click to select the position being reviewed.
5. Click to select the Reviews subtab.
6. Click to select the review to update with the next review date.
7. Click to select the Search button at the end of the field titled Reviewer.

A Search form displays an employee list.
8. Click to select the name of the reviewer.
9. Click OK.
The reviewer is saved on the employee's performance review.
