Record employee test results in the employee’s file. Use Modify Existing Employees to update test results to a single employee. Use Complete Employee Tests to update test results to more than one employee.
Entering test results for a single employee
1. Open Connect Human Resources > Employees > Modify Existing Employees.
2. Enter an employee's name or number in the Lookup bar. Press Enter.
3. Click the Tests tab.
4. Select a test from the grid. The selected test is highlighted.
5. Now, enter the test results.
The test results are saved.
Entering test results for many employees
1. Open Connect Human Resources > Employees > Complete Employee Tests.
3. Select the Result.
The Result is the status that describes outcome of the test.
What do you want to change the Result to?
4. Enter the Score.
The applicant received this score.
Is the test scored?
Yes, the test is scored. Enter a number or letter grade in the Score field.
No, the test is not scored. Skip this step.
5. Enter the Next Test Date.
If the test is administered on a regular schedule, use the Next Test Date field to enter the date of the next test.
When is the next date the employee needs to take the test?
6. Next, select the names that will update the step to the new result.
I want to select some of the names. Select the checkbox next to a name. Continue until all of the names have been selected.
I want to select ALL of the names. Click the Select All button to select every name.
I do not want to select any of the names. Click the Clear All button to clear the checkbox for every name.
7. Click GO (CTRL+G).
The test results are saved.
The Test Completion Options form appears when you launch the Complete Applicant Test routine. You can also edit the settings on the Options form by clicking the Options button (F12).
Test
Select the test that has been completed from the Test menu. Only tests that have been saved to Organization > Positions > Tests tab will appear in the menu.
Enter the name of the individual who administered the test.
Show tests
Use the Show Tests menu to include completed, uncompleted, or both completed and uncompleted tests.
