If you file corrected forms 1095-C, you need to file Form 1094-C Transmittal with the corrected Forms 1095-C. Do not mark the transmittal as a corrected form.
2019.02, Added 1094-C Employee Detail report to verify employees in the 1094 counts (Part III, Form 1094-C).
2018.08, Part-time employees who are hired or terminated mid-year are counted as employed all year.
1. Open Connect Payroll > Government Reporting > 1094/1095s.
2. Use the Title menu to select 1094/1095s - 1095-C and 1094-C [Caselle Master].
3. Select the Tax Year.
4. Load Form 1094-C in the printer.
5. Click Print (CTRL+P).
Form 1094-C Transmittal prints. If you're filing paper returns with the IRS, you'll need to submit the corrected form 1095-C with a form 1094-C Transmittal.
Print this report to print full time, part time, and total employee counts. You can use this report to verify the employees who are included in the 1094 counts (Part III, Form 1094-C).
Do this...
1. Open Connect Payroll > Government Reporting > 1094/1095s.
2. Use the Title menu to select 1094/1095s - 1095-C and 1094-C [Caselle Master].
3. Select the Tax Year.
4. Select the checkbox titled Print ACA Corrections.
5. Select 1095 C - Employee as the Correction Form.
6. Click Print (CTRL+P).
The 1094 Employee Detail report prints.
