When you use Enter Leave Time Adjustments and you create a transaction that you want to delete, you have a few options. You can delete a single transaction , delete range of transactions, or delete all of the transactions that were created on a specific date.
Delete a leave transactions. This option will delete one transaction at a time.
You can use the transaction grid to delete leave transactions in New mode or Edit mode. Click the Delete button next to a transaction to delete it.
1. From the Enter Leave Time Adjustments view, click Edit (CTRL+E).
Why can't I click the Delete button? The Delete button is only available when you're using Edit mode. Clicking Edit (CTRL+E) will switch the entry.
2. Click Delete/Abort (CTRL+D) .

3. Use the Delete Leave Transactions window to select Delete Single Reference Number.

4. Use the Reference Number box to enter the leave transaction reference number.

5. Click OK.
The leave time adjustment is deleted.

4. Enter the transaction range.
Use the Beginning Reference Number box to enter the first reference number in the range.
Use the Ending Reference Number box to enter the last reference number in the range.

5. Click OK.
The leave transactions in the range are deleted.
Use this option to delete all of the leave transactions that were created during the current pay period. There is no undo for this process.

3. Use the Delete Leave Transactions window to select Delete All Transactions for the Entire MM/DD/YYYY - MM/DD/YYYY Pay Period.

4. Click OK.
The transactions that were created during the pay period are deleted.
Connect uses the reference number on a transaction to identify it. The reference number is located in the transaction grid under the column titled Reference Number.
