Issue
The employee has timesheet approval activity recorded during the current calendar year.
Explanation
The employee is set up to approve timesheets. Even though the employee was terminated, timesheets are still being assigned to the employee for approval. To delete a terminated employee, the employee cannot have any transactions in the current or prior year.
Solution
First, remove the timesheets waiting for approval from the terminated employee and assign them to another timesheet approver.
Second, replace the approver in the approval step. This will keep timesheets from being assigned to the terminated employee for approval.
