How can I view tax and retirement withholding?

View tax and retirement withholding pay codes on an employee position. When you make changes to an employee position, you can view the pay codes that are assigned to the position. The pay code information is view-only in the employee record, but it will show you the employee's withholding on tax and retirement pay codes.

Viewing tax and retirement withholding

1. Open Connect Payroll > Employees > Modify Existing Employees.

2. Use the field titled Employee to enter the employee name or number. Press Enter.

3. Click to select the Positions tab.

Payroll displays all of the employee's positions on the Positions tab.

4. Click to select a position.

The position is highlighted and the position properties display below the Positions list.

5. Click to select the Wage tab.

The grid at the bottom of the Wage subtab displays the employee position tax and retirement withholding.
