In Employee Inquiry there are several grids that display detailed information. You can set up some of these grids to filter information or display information by date range. When you're done, you may want to print the information that's being displayed in the grid.
Here are some examples of grids that you will find in Employee Inquiry.
Connect will convert the information that displays in the transaction grid into a report, like this...

Printing a transaction grid will give you a cleaner, more readable report than a print screen.
Which grids can I print?
Pay by pay periods grid, checks grid, and pay summary grid (Pay tab)
Employee positions grid, Employee position subject to wages grid, Employee position pay history grid (Positions tab)
Contacts grid (Contacts tab)
Leave grid (Leave tab)
1. Open Connect Payroll > Employee Inquiry.
2. Click the mini-button on the Print button.
3. Select Print Grid from the Print menu.

You can also set the default print option on the Print button to print grid. When you set the default print option to print grid, you can click the Print button instead of clicking the Print mini-menu and then selecting Print Grid. To change the default print option, open Options (F12).
