How do I recalculate prior years?

A prior year refers to the year that occurs before the current year. Use Recalculate Prior Years to calculate amounts from prior years. Usually, this option is not selected. If you do select this option, Payroll will need additional time to complete this task.

 

Recalculating prior years

1. Open Connect Payroll > Organization > Recalculate.

2. Click to select the checkbox titled Recalculate Prior Years.

3. Click GO (CTRL+G).

Payroll recalculates amounts in prior years. Payroll will need additional time to complete this task.
