How do I set up a new transmittals? (2025.02)

Transmittals refers to the vendor or agency that is receiving payments based on amounts deducted from the employee or computed as an employer paid benefit.

The Setup New Transmittal and Modify Existing Transmittals view are updated with a new look and feel in the 2025.02 release. 

 

Setting up a new transmittal

1. Open Connect Payroll > Transmittals > Setup New Transmittals. 

2. Set up the recipient information. 

The recipient includes details of the agency or institution receiving the information or funds. 

  • Vendor

  • Remittance

  • Name

  • Address, City, State, Zip, and Country

  • Telephone 1 and 2

  • Fax

  • Email

  • Standard description

  • Group

 

3. Set up the pay codes to include in the transmittal. 

Add the pay codes to include in the transmittal for the employee and employer. 

4. Click Save  (CTRL+S).
