The SUTA Wage List is filed on a quarterly basis to show the organization is complying with paying state unemployment insurance, also known as SUTA.
What if I can't open the SUTA Wage List? Make sure your user rights include access to the SUTA Wage List. You may need to ask the application administrator or IT manager for assistance.
1. Open Connect Payroll > State Reports > SUTA Wage List.
2. Select the report dates.

3. Click to select the Print Detail Report checkbox.
4. On the State Options tab, set up the options specific to the State of Kentucky.

Transmitter contact
Enter the name of the transmitter contact for the Kentucky SUTA report.
Telephone
Enter the telephone number for the transmitter contact.
Extension
Enter the extension for the telephone number for the transmitter contact.
Tax rate
Enter the current tax rate to determine the tax due.
SCUF rate
Enter the current SCUF rate to determine the SCUF due. (SCUF is the Service Capactiy Upgrade Fund) For more information, see https://kewes.ky.gov/
5. Click Print (CTRL+P).
The Kentucky SUTA Wage List prints.
1. Open Connect Payroll > State Reports > SUTA Wage List.
2. Click to select the Print Form checkbox.

Enter the path and file name for creating the electronic file.
Format
Select the report format for creating the electronic file.
3. Click Print (CTRL+P).
