We switched banks. What do I need to do to update Payroll?
Issue
My organization switched to a new bank. I know I need to update some stuff in Payroll, but I'm not sure what or how to do it.
Explanation
Payroll uses the bank accounts and routing number for direct deposit, which you may be using to transfer funds to pay employees, and transmittals for paying state and federal taxes.
Solution
You'll need to

add the new bank. (Organization > Banks)

update the bank information for direct deposit. (Organization > Organization > Direct Deposit tab)

update the GL transmittal cash account. (Organization > Organization > Interfaces tab > General Ledger tab)
