Real Property History Report

Print a Real Property History Report to review the historical activity associated with a property over time. The report provides a record of changes to ownership, assessments, values, exemptions, billing, payments, and other property-related information. Reviewing property history helps users research past activity, verify records, and understand how a property's tax information has changed.

Examples:

  • Review ownership changes resulting from property sales or transfers.
  • Research historical assessed and taxable values for a property.
  • Track exemptions that have been added, modified, or removed over time.
  • Verify billing, payment, adjustment, and abatement activity for a property account.
  • Provide supporting information during audits, appeals, or taxpayer inquiries.

By printing a Real Property History Report, you can access a complete record of property activity, support research and auditing efforts, and ensure historical property information remains available for review.
